COVID Protocol
The photographer and any hired assistant are vaccinated and will submit nasal swab test results prior to the scheduled appointment upon request. Ongoing communication regarding risk reduction and safety precautions is necessary.
Client's proof of a negative rapid test is required on the day of the shoot. Failure to comply will discontinue services. The photographer (and assistant, where applicable) are not responsible in the acquisition of a COVID test on the behalf of client(s).
I/we require absolute compliance with COVID safety protocols, including but not limited to social distancing (a minimum of 6 feet), testing. wearing masks, sanitizing, and zero physical contact. A negative test is required prior to scheduled event (the day of the event/shoot). An additional at-home test the day before the shoot is appreciated, but not required.
If the client(s) has been exposed to a COVID-positive situation and/or produces a positive test result prior to the scheduled event, the client(s) is/are required to immediately notify the photographer with proof of test. The shoot will be postponed until the client has quarantined for a minimum of ten (10) days and produced two (2) negative nasal swab tests. After which, a new shoot date can be negotiated.
Any and all deposits are nonrefundable, regardless of postponing or cancellations.
Unfortunately, at this time I cannot compensate models for their time but they will be given digital copies of edited photographs.
- Clients must sign a consent form by the end of the photo shoot (preferably before the scheduled shoot). Failure to do so will result in no photo shoot and/or refusal to release images.
Upon request, you will be provided with a copy of the consent form for your own files.
- Models must provide proof of age -- only 18+ years and older allowed.
Note: Models must be over the age of 21 years for any nude work.
- Non-watermarked photos will not be given to the client until balance is paid in full.
- Please be respectful of the studio, my equipment, my time, my work, and others!
Must provide at least a 48-hour cancellation – if cancelled without justifiable reason after the 48-hour mark, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the agreed upon price.
For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: Rescheduling will be accepted, but only one rescheduling attempt will be allowed.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot: Rescheduling is not guaranteed, and only one rescheduling attempt will be allowed if granted.
Late policy:
- Appointment will be immediately cancelled after 15 minutes no-show, no-call. No excuses.
- Will not reschedule with no-show, no calls. If there is any pending work, it will be discontinued and any balance due must be paid before edited pictures are released.
- If you are running late to our scheduled appointment time, please contact the photographer in a timely manner to let them know when you will be arriving.
- Your late arrival is included in the appointment time – it will not be extended. You will be responsible for paying for anything after the allotted time if you choose to extend the appointment. Photos will not be delivered until balance is paid in full.
For example, if your 2-hour shoot starts at 4:00 PM and you will not be arriving until 4:30 PM, your shoot will still end at 6:00 PM.
